I had such a great experience being part of the All Dressed in White show. This past January was my second time as a vendor, and I can honestly say it’s been incredibly valuable for my business.
My first year, 2025, I booked one client, but more importantly, I grew my social media presence and got my name out there. This year, 2026, on January 11th, felt like the perfect timing right after the Holidays/ engagement season, and the show delivered. It was held at the Grand Villa Casino & Hotel in Burnaby, and as the only planner and bartender, I had a steady stream of couples coming directly to my booth for more in-depth conversations.
After the show, I booked five clients and was in real conversations with two to three more. One already had a coordinator included in her venue package, and the others weren’t within budget, but the level of interest and quality of leads was exactly what I was hoping for. The 2026 ADIW show was a huge success in my eyes.
What I really love about these shows is the size. The smaller, more curated environment attracts vendors who are genuinely motivated and engaged. I was surrounded by such a great mix of professionals, including a magician, photographer, and makeup artist, which made the whole experience feel unique and collaborative.
The ADIW team was amazing throughout the entire day. They were organized, communicative, and always present on the floor checking in. You could tell they truly care about both their vendors and attendees. As a newer, small business, I also really appreciated their flexibility with offering a payment plan. That kind of support goes a long way.
I even recommended the show to my Vancouver Island clients and sent them to the Parksville event. They both had an amazing time and made great connections with vendors there.
I would absolutely recommend the All Dressed in White show to anyone starting out or looking to grow in the wedding industry. It’s a well-run, supportive environment that truly helps you build real connections.
Thank you again for all the support!

ADIW is an amazing wedding show as always. I've always enjoyed my experiences, especially with how well organized they are, the vast vendors in attendance, and the flow of the entire event. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time! It was so helpful to have such a great variety of vendor types in one spot. Best bridal show I've been to.

Thank you for hosting this event. It's great to see so many wedding vendors in one place. The vibe was positive and the whole air was one of excitement. Good networking and connecting opportunities for all the vendors. The entry was very confusing and appeared quite disorganized. Perhaps separate entrances for those using cash, and those with codes to scan, would be more helpful in the future. A few other observations: The cellist was really loud in the foyer. It was hard to have conversations with the other vendors. The aisles were very crowded. More space to walk would have been nice. Some vendors spilled out of their booth space with their materials, and created hazards in the aisle space. The ventilation in that space is pretty poor; it got hot quickly.

This event was much more abundant than I expected. I appreciated the variance of vendors, the last wedding show I went to had lots of similar types of options. The punch pass element was great to get folks talking to every vendor but it was quite difficult to achieve In the short time. Gamifying the experience meant folks were focused more on the punches than deliberate conversations. As someone who has very little planned for her wedding I valued having a decent chat with most vendors but then it made it almost impossible to gather punches (and I was there for 3 hours) The emcee was great and I loved the timing of the show so late comers didn’t miss the dresses etc

I wanted to reach out and say thank you so much to you and your team for all the hard work you put in to make yesterday's show a success. Jude and I had such a great time connecting with couples and showcasing Love's Legacy.
Whenever you have time, please let me know what spaces are available at the next show. We are interested in vending there as well.

It was amazing. The vendors were great, kind and knowledgeable. Wish there was a bit more table seating for filling out forms, or seating in general, especially for the end prize draws.

Venue was too small... It was crowded and really hot, which made us leave earlier than we would have liked. Vendors were great and attendees all seemed to be having fun! Thank you!

The ADIW bridal show was so organized and classy! It was my very first bridal show ever so I didn’t know what to expect but the venue was a 10/10
I did not feel uncomfortable and Debbie, Judi and Sandy were like extended family eager to help and make everyone feel welcome I really can’t thank you all enough.
Booths were comfortable and ample space and washrooms and comfy chairs they really thought of it all!
Looking forward to the next one thank you ladies for your tireless effort

I had a great experience at the bridal show! I was really impressed with the number of vendors—there were so many to see, and it was a fantastic opportunity to explore different options for planning my wedding. One area for improvement would be organizing designated lines outside the venue—one for those who already have tickets and another for those who still need to purchase them. This would help reduce confusion and unnecessary waiting. Additionally, widening the aisles inside would make it easier for people to move around, especially when vendors had larger crowds gathered around them. Overall, it was a well-organized event, and I left with plenty of ideas and options for my wedding. Looking forward to attending again in the future!

Much better than the Vancouver Wedding Expo. The snacks from Delta hotel we're amazing and appreciated, more the merrier! I feel like couples who have already won a large prize once during the end of show prize drawings should not be able to win a second large prize. At the show this past Sunday, 3 couples won 2 prizes each, leaving very few prizes available to be won by other couples... Very disappointing. Overall though, the show was amazing. Everyone who ran it was super sweet. All the vendors had so much information and I for sure will be coming back to the next shows to get as much info as I can from all of these amazing vendors. I loved how it was smaller too, unlike the Vancouver Expo I was actually able to talk to each vendor here, almost uninterrupted. Amazing show, and congratz to everyone who put it together! Loved the violinist also, nice touch!
